    Within 24 hours, there were 3,398 COVID-19 cases in Russia, 39 deaths

    Russia has registered 3,398 new COVID-19 cases and 39 deaths in the past 24 hours, marking a drop in infections, the COVID-19 response headquarters said recently. A statement carried by Interfax news agency said that, with the newly reported cases and fatalities, Russia’s caseload now stands at 18,462,211, with the death tally rising to 381,583. Meanwhile, 2,496 patients have recovered over the past day, taking the total to 17,888,560.

    Within 24 hours, there were 3,398 COVID-19 cases in Russia, 39 deathsIt has been confirmed by the World Health Organization (WHO) that from 3 January 2020 until 11 July 2022, a total of 18,465,308 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the Russian Federation, with 381,621 confirmed cases of death. According to the data collected on 28 June 2022, 168,286,901 vaccine doses have so far been administered in total.
